The benefits of our Infrared Sauna and Cold Plunge tub are both physical and psychological, and immediately noticeable.
Going back and forth between the two is an amazing experience that benefits your body & mind in numerous ways. The benefits of a “hot sauna cold plunge” go way back to the Nordic cultures who originated the technique – a 20-minute sauna session, followed by a cold water dip for up to 5 minutes. Ideally the hot/cold exposure is repeated twice for the ultimate benefits. Our fire & ice room has the sauna & cold plunge in the same private room, along with a shower. We keep our Infrared Sauna at 160°f and our Cold Tub at 48°f.
