The low wavelength produced by our Red Light Therapy system can be absorbed by the mitochondria in your body, which are responsible for many important processes in your day to day health, healing abilities, and energy production. Using Red Light Therapy will treat skin conditions, including wrinkles,  psoriasis, acne and warts. It helps the body promote healing, boost energy levels, relieve minor pain and swelling, speed up healing time for minor cuts, lighten scars and stretch marks, and balance your mood all in a short 20 minute session a few times a week.

What is recommended for Red Light Therapy?

 We recommend to start with 20 minutes (10 minutes on front, 10 minutes  your back) 3-4 times per week for the first 2 weeks, then 2-3 times per week for the next 2  weeks, and finally 1-2 times per week to maintain results.

 Treat your skin nicely—avoid irritating your skin with aggressive exfoliant products or sun exposure. Clean your skin with a gentle, non-drying cleanser before treatment to remove any mineral-based sunscreen or makeup containing zinc.


 Red light therapy starts to work immediately, and the results only get better with each session. Improvement for long-term problems is usually noticeable after 8 to 12 weeks of consistent use. As with other treatments, the results of red light therapy are long-lasting, but will differ depending on the individual person.


 What should I do after my session? Hydrate! Water is essential for cellular processes, and your cells will be hard at work after your session. Make sure to drink extra water and eat well so your cells have all the fuel they need to heal. 


We recommend either wearing a bathing suit or no clothes at all.
